About this apartment rental
Unit 46- This newly furnished and updated one bedroom one bathroom with a property view condo is located on the fourth floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulfs warm waters. The units living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The living room has leather furnishings. The bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. The condo has tile throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space which also has a queen size sofa bed. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Overall, excellent stay. We will come again and will likely rent the same unit. There are some areas where there is wear and tear (to be expected in a coastal property due to moisture)--baseboards, bathroom, etc. Was perfect for what we needed.

The location of this property is amazing. You walk out the buildings front door and the beach and ocean is right there. The pools and amenities the Palm Bay Club offers also make it worth the visit. Tennis, Pickle Ball, a gym and the location to get to both ends of the key make this spot very convenient. I would definitely go back. If there was one draw back the condo is a little dated, kitchen and bathroom, but the TV works great and the couch is very nice and comfortable. Also very reliable internet.
