Went for a marathon I was going to run and this was very close to the finish line.
We found out it's also very close to Little Italy and we could walk down to the marina as well. Great location.
The apartment was very clean had a full sized washer and dryer, a nice little kitchen, and a keurig coffee maker along with some pods.
We were on the second floor so we got a bit of noise from the street below but it didn't bother us too much.
The pool deck on the roof was perfect. Great views. Not one child was up there during out visit, not saying kids are bad!! But it was very quiet and relaxing. Most people up there were just laying out.
I'd definitely stay here again just on a higher floor.

I had an issue checking in, it was difficult to get a response quickly. But overall, the apartment is very nice. We had a great stay regardless! The amenities are 5stars!

Very nice apartment, beautiful building, you can tell it’s newly built as construction is still going on. Unfortunately the lanai/balcony is non existent, only one window available to open for fresh air. Also, not the best area for tourist. Someone’s windshield was busted open, midday in the middle of the week. Luckily, it was not our rental; as we were just getting into the car to safety. So if this is your first time in Cali, try a hotel instead!
Plenty of trash all over the parking lot, at night there were trash tornadoes as we walked into the building, LITERALLY!!
We weren’t sure if the parking garage was available for us, as it is not mentioned in the instructions, and the access to the parking garage was closed most often times. The trash loaded parking lot had plenty of car parked there but plenty spots available for the building.
Overall, I’d rate a 5 out of 10. I was happy with the place and all that was offered, I definitely would’ve taken a stocked fridge had I known that was an option prior to checking in. Though the balcony disappointed me, that should be removed from the title. Otherwise, not too shabby for an up and coming project.
