camera spaziosa, struttura moderna.
posizione ottima per l’oktoberfest, ma anche il centro dista 15 minuti a piedi.
prezzo assolutamente competitivo per il periodo e la città
il fatto che si faccia tutto tramite la loro app (compresi gli accessi e i varchi) per me è un plus, ma potrebbe essere limitante per chi ha poca dimestichezza

No free laundry provided tho there’s common washing machine. Early check in time only 2 hours ahead despite pay for €20 extra.

It’s strange that they have designed some of the rooms whereby you cannot turn off the back lights behind the bed so you’re essentially sleeping with bright lights. You can turn off the main power switch to turn these lights too but this means you can’t use any of the power points (I.e. if you wanted to charge your phone). Raised this issue with customer service. Because there’s no reception and can’t see this in person they didn’t believe me initially. Took two days to move to a different room. Response rates from customer service were unbelievably slow and with every agent you have to repeat the same issue. Painful process.
