A cozy and private lower-level suite designed for comfort and relaxation after a day exploring Whitehorse. The space features modern finishes, warm Yukon-inspired décor, and a peaceful atmosphere in a quiet family neighbourhood. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, and work-related stays looking for a clean, comfortable home base in the North. It's within walking distance to billiards, restaurants, and grocery store.
Late evening arrivals are welcome with self check-in.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private lower-level suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, dining/living area, and in-suite laundry. The suite has its own private entrance with self check-in using a keypad door lock for convenient arrival at any time after check-in. The smart lock is set to automatically lock within 120 seconds for your safety and security.
Guests may also use the designated right-side driveway parking spot during their stay.
Other things to note
Located in the quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood of Crocus Glen, the suite is close to walking trails, local restaurants, shopping, and everyday amenities. Downtown Whitehorse is approximately a 10-minute drive away, making it a convenient home base for both work trips and Yukon adventures.
Located just 60 seconds from the Alaska Highway, the suite offers quick and convenient access whether you’re travelling north or south through the Yukon. It’s also a straight shot to/from the airport.
Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
