Not 4* experience nor hotel, but fine for the price we paid.
We read many reviews before booking so we kind knew that there might be some issues.
Rooms were ok and looked updated. Beds were bearable, not any luxury or even comfy. We were 4 nights (wed-sun) and some sort of cleaning was every day. Every day they made beds but didn't change new, fresh sheets during our stay. Towels were changed every day except "bathroom floor towel".
We used our own towels by the pool because if you wanted those from Hotel you had to go to the basement floor and pay 10 € deposit per towel and something.
Waterpark was fine. Pool area was also fine. If you just didn't look too close or pay too much attention to cleanliness of overflow gratings. Those were nasty in some parts. "Sunbeds resevation with towell"-rally was as usually as it is. Those better "canopy daybeds" were reserved almost every day from early morning.
Location was fine. Ocean and Potami beache were right across the street. Potami beach was small and bit untidy but in 5-10 min. you walked to nicer beaches (Pernera). Coastal Promenad was nice. We also walked to Vryssi/Fig Tree Bay beaches.
Food (allinclusive) was ok. Snacks were poor. Snack buffet was kind of fries and fishfingers ect. Poolbars had some small magnum or cookie kind icecreams, unfortynately flavors were only chocolate, vanilla and banana, but usually only chocolate was available.
Enterteinment was ok, nothing special, when you find it. We knew this from other reviews so we followed other quests behind pool area and found the place.
Bit untidy here and there all around: common/public areas soffas, toilets, hallway runners. Worn out/uncared impression.
Staff/customer service was unfortynately not so good. In buffet restorant and bars staff was inattentive and unresponsive maybe one could say even rude, with only few exceptions. In buffet they managed dirty dishes well but you surely didn't felt welcomed.
In lunch and dinner you had to wait so you could order drinks. It was inconvenient to wait and the the service was usually not so pleasant.

Location, other stuff are okey :)
The food is different from what I’m used to, and it can be a bit bland sometimes. And need to improve the sweet stuff too :)

For the kids its a summer haven. Value for money yes. Clean. Food very fair plenty of options also for the kids 'corner'. We will visit next summer as well.
The checkin was delayed 45 minutes. We arrived 13:45 they informed us they needed a few more minutes since the checking was at 14:00 and they were fully booked. They gave us the room key at 14:15 and went upstairs but the cleaning lady just started cleaning the room so we had to wait outside the room for another ~30 mins. I could have done smthng yea but i was alone with my 3 year old and our luggages etc.
The bed was huge but the matress was horrible. It was suuging in the middle creating a dip/hole -but perhaps only in our room. 3 nights were my max considering this very uncomfortable.
