This comfortable apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer a pleasant and practical stay, with bright interiors and everything you need to feel at home.

Step into the welcoming living room, where a large window fills the space with natural light. Relax on the comfortable L-shaped sofa or armchair while enjoying a movie on the TV. The adjacent dining area is ideal for family meals or a relaxed game night with friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, featuring essential cookware, utensils, a dishwasher, and a cozy corner for your morning coffee. Whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need.

The sleeping area offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with plush double beds and one with a single bed and a pull-out mattress, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Finally, the apartment includes a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, as well as an additional guest toilet for extra convenience. Fresh towels are provided for your stay, and the space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Ponta Delgada, on São Miguel Island in the Azores, set in a central area close to the city’s main attractions. Guests can easily explore the historic downtown, including the Portas da Cidade, Igreja Matriz de São Sebastião, Mercado da Graça, and the lively marina waterfront.

The area is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and local shops, making it ideal for experiencing the city on foot. From Ponta Delgada, guests also have easy access to the island’s most iconic natural wonders, such as the volcanic lakes of Sete Cidades, the hot springs in Furnas, and stunning coastal viewpoints.

It’s an excellent base for discovering the natural beauty, gastronomy, and culture of São Miguel and the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are located within a 2–5 minute walk from the property, offering frequent connections to Ponta Delgada city centre, Ribeira Grande, Lagoa, and other parts of São Miguel Island.

As São Miguel does not have a railway network, transport is mainly provided by buses, taxis, and car hire.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
