Play & Stay Sanctuary brings the Palm Springs resort experience home to a private property spanning more than half an acre with incredible San Jacinto Mountain views. Spend the day between the private pool and spa, full pickleball court, sand volleyball court, basketball, bocce and putting green, then gather around the oversized fire pit after sunset. Four king bedrooms - including a private casita -give families and groups plenty of space to spread out while staying together.

Welcome to Play & Stay Sanctuary, a Palm Springs vacation rental built for groups who want to spend as much time at the house as they do exploring town. Set on more than half an acre in historic Racquet Club West, this four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home combines mountain views, indoor-outdoor living and a huge collection of private resort-style amenities.

The home sleeps up to eight guests in four king bedrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house, while the detached private casita includes its own king bed, bathroom and kitchenette - ideal for anyone who wants a little extra privacy while still being part of the group.

Inside, clerestory windows and multi-slide glass doors bring in the desert light and open the home to the outdoors. The main living and dining spaces are set up for gathering, with comfortable seating, a fireplace and smart TV. The spacious kitchen has stainless appliances, a large island, extensive counter space and everything you need for meals at home.

The expansive private courtyard feels like your own Palm Springs resort. Swim in the private pool, relax on the tanning shelf or soak in the connected spa. There's shaded al fresco dining, a grill and an oversized fire pit for evenings outside.

Outside, there's a lot more than just the pool: a full private pickleball court, sand volleyball court, basketball, bocce, an extended putting green and a large grassy lawn. There's plenty to do without ever leaving the house.

Other amenities include an outdoor shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, laundry, smart TVs, a two-car garage and a large driveway.

Located in Racquet Club West, the home is convenient to Palm Springs dining, shopping, the airport and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway while still feeling like a private retreat.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including complimentary snacks and bottled water upon arrival. Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost.
