Other things to note
Pool Heat is available during the winter months (October-March) for an additional $50 per night. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees and the pool will be warm when you arrive for your immediate enjoyment.
For reservations 29 nights or longer a utility deposit of $1500 will be required and actual utility costs will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded to you within 21 days of departure. If the total cost of utilities exceeds the amount of the deposit the guest will be responsible for the difference. A full accounting of utility charges will be provided to guest.
