About this apartment rental
This spacious Victorian is just four blocks east of Forsyth Park with off street parking for one car. 1.3 mile walk to River Street.
Please note: Out of respect for our guests in the other unit and our neighbors, we prefer not to host those coming to Savannah to party and respectfully ask that they book one of the many other, more suitable, rentals downtown.

This is a duplex, and the upper unit is also a short term vacation rental.
Located in a neighborhood of the Victorian District just 4 blocks esst of Forsyth Park and 1.3 miles from the river with huge vaulted ceilings, numerous windows allowing lots of natural light and adorable decorative fire places throughout; this southern retreat, built in the year Nineteen Thirteen for J.J. Waring, welcomes you in true historic Savannah style. Off Street parking for one car is available in the back of the house and there is free street parking in the front, and on the side of the house.
You have a front porch and small back yard both shared with the upper unit and a small back porch. Two bedrooms with queen size beds. Living room with a sleeper sofa and pocket doors for privacy. Dining room and fully equipped kitchen. One full bath and one small powder room with a toilet.
Please note: We are on the corner of a through street so you will hear typical city street traffic. If you are a light sleeper, you may not be comfortable here.

There is a keypad door lock at the front door for easy checkin and no fussing with keys. A fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher, iron, blow dryer, internet, dvd player, movies and games and beach chairs are available for your convenience.

The Savannah Golf Club, Bonaventure Cemetery, Tybee Island, Museums and Tours ... There are so many interesting things to see and do here in Savannah. We've compiled informational materials on many of them and they await you in the dining room.
