Reasons to book
About this apartment rental
This is the upper apartment in a duplex, and the lower apartment is also a short term vacation rental.
Please note: Out of respect for guests in the other apartment and our neighbors, we prefer not to host those coming to Savannah to party and respectfully ask that they book one of the many other, more suitable, rentals downtown.
Please see the House Rules. 4 people maximum.
Please let me know that you are comfortable with all of the information in the house rules and provide first and last names of those staying in your booking request message.
Located in the south historic Victorian District with huge vaulted ceilings, numerous windows allowing lots of natural light, transom windows above every door and adorable decorative fire places throughout; this southern retreat, built in the year Nineteen Thirteen for J.J. Waring, welcomes you in true historic Savannah style. Off Street parking for one car is available in the back of the house. There is also free street parking in front, and on the side of the house.
You have a front porch and small back yard, both shared with the lower unit and a small private back porch. Two bedrooms with queen size beds. There is also a small bedroom with a twin size bed. A firm MAXIMUM of 4 guests is allowed as we have only one bathroom and noise travels to the lower unit.
A living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. One full bath.
Please note that the front and back stairs to this apartment are steep.
Please note: We are on the corner of a through street so you will hear typical city street traffic. If you are a light sleeper, you may not be comfortable here.
