- Security Deposit Hold: placed as an authorization hold on the guest's card about 2 days before check-in
- We don’t offer house tours and are happy to answer any questions you have before your stay!

- Safety: Your safety and the safety of our home matter. This property features an exterior security cameras at the back entrance and patio
- Potential noise: We are on state route 30 that makes it easy to access attractions, and the house is well-insulated.
- Heating & Cooling: Central air with a thermostat to adjust for maximum comfort. Some bedrooms have ceiling fans as well.
- Not pet-friendly; unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee
- If you forget anything, Dollar General is 5 min away
