You'll have the entire house to yourself, ensuring complete privacy.
Once you check-in, you'll have access to the garage door controls inside the garage.
Some locked storage areas are reserved for owner use only.

All communications can be done via VRBO messenger during your stay. :) I am available if you have any questions, but our level of interaction is up to you.

- Early check-in/late check-out available when possible (fee may apply)
- Winter info: you'll be provided a shovel and ice melt
- Digital house manual & local guidebook provided
- Quiet hours requested to respect neighbors. You DO NOT have to be inside the house during these times, but we do ask that you keep the noise to a minimum.
- By booking, you agree to all the House Rules
- Guests are required to review and sign a Rental Agreement before check‑in.
- Security Deposit Hold: placed as an authorization hold on the guest's card about 2 days before check-in
- We don’t offer house tours and are happy to answer any questions you have before your stay!
- Free parking on-site: 4 cars can fit comfortably in the driveway.
- Garage is accessible for 1-2 cars (depending on their size) with indoor wall button control once you check-in. *Great for motorcycle storage!*
- Heating: heat throughout the whole house controlled by a thermostat on living room wall.
- Cooling: Ceiling fans throughout the first floor. Wall and window A/C units available seasonally in all bedrooms and main living area. Basement in the summer: generally stays cool and there are portable fans to maximize comfort.
- Enjoy the serene rural setting where there is potential wildlife and insect sightings.
- If you forget anything, Dollar General is 7 min away and Walmart is 13 minutes away
