Amenities include a 24-hour attended-gatehouse, an 18-hole par 58 golf course, a club house complete with restaurant and bar facilities, 15 heated swimming pools and spas, multiple BBQ areas and outdoor kitchens, full-sized tennis courts and pickleball, and of course, seven lakes.

Our neighbors understand that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.

Please note, this home is NOT childproofed. Cabinets are not secured; we have several breakable items in the home. Guest is responsible for any damage. There are pools and hot tubs on the property that do not include child locks. We do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child-safe or childproofed.

- Responsible party booking this reservation must be at least 40 years old and present for the entire stay.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum allowance of 2 vehicles.
- The City of Palm Springs imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City of Palm Springs requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.

NO PETS
- Pets are NOT allowed. Any sign of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.

NO SMOKING
- There is NO smoking in the unit or any of the common areas of the complex. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.

HOUSE CLEANING
- We require house-cleaning every two weeks. The home will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
