The open living area features comfortable seating and direct access to the private covered balcony, while the adjoining kitchen includes white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and breakfast bar seating.
The bedroom offers a King bed and abundant natural light, while the updated bathroom features a spacious vanity and glass-enclosed tiled shower. An in-unit washer and dryer makes longer Palm Springs stays especially convenient.

Maximum overnight occupancy: 2 adults and up to two children under age 12 do not count toward permitted adult occupancy.
Outdoor Living

One reserved covered carport space is provided for the condo. Additional guest parking is also available within the gated community.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. If you are booking a stay during those dates, this will automatically be added to your booking total.
No Pets
No animals are permitted at Riviera Palms. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.
Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
