The Space
The open living and dining area provides a comfortable place to gather, with a spacious sectional, dining table for four and direct access to a private patio. The updated galley kitchen opens to the dining area and includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and plenty of cabinetry for longer stays.

Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and one includes a compact workspace. The California King suite has a private bathroom, ample closet space and access to the second patio. A Queen bedroom and full hallway bathroom complete the layout, while the in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays more convenient.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1: California King bed, private ensuite bathroom and patio access
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with access to the full hallway bathroom
Maximum overnight occupancy: 4 adults and up to two children under age 12 do not count toward permitted adult occupancy.

Outdoor Living
Casa Allure offers two private patios: one accessed from the living room and another from the California King suite. Around the Plaza Villas community, guests have access to two swimming pools, one hot tub and tennis courts available on a first-come basis.

Location
Casa Allure is centrally located directly across from Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and near the Palm Springs Convention Center. Downtown restaurants, shops, nightlife and entertainment are within walking distance, while hiking trails, golf courses and other Palm Springs attractions are only a short drive away.

Parking
Maximum vehicles: 2. One assigned carport space is included, with additional guest parking available within the community. No garage parking is available.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1 and September 30, a $500 monthly utility surcharge applies. This surcharge is not included in the booking total and will be requested before arrival.

Pets Policy
No animals permitted; $500/animal for unauthorized animals.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
