Per the town rules, the home is available for a 31-day stay spanning the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. If your holiday schedule doesn’t align perfectly with a traditional 31-day stay, please reach out. Depending on your needs and applicable Town of Mammoth Lakes long-term rental requirements, we may be able to accommodate alternative scheduling arrangements.

THE HOME

Designed for comfortable month-long living, the home offers approximately 2,850 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, including three bedrooms, a full private office/flex room, and four full bathrooms.

During the winter, guests enter through the attached garage and proceed upstairs to the bedroom level, which includes:

• Three bedrooms
• Three full bathrooms
• Laundry room
• Coffee and tea station

The primary suite features:

• King bed
• Fireplace
• Spacious spa-style bathroom
• Beautiful soaking tub
• Direct access to the private hot tub

The second bedroom includes a queen bed with an en suite bathroom.

The third bedroom also features a queen bed, with a full bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door.

Continue upstairs to the main living level, where vaulted ceilings and large windows create an open, inviting great room with beautiful views of Lincoln Mountain.

This level features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace, streaming television, and a baby grand piano. Whether you’re gathering after a day on the slopes, preparing a holiday meal, or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire, the great room is designed for relaxing and spending time together.

Step outside onto the upper deck to enjoy expansive mountain views while cooking on the Blackstone griddle or relaxing after a day on the slopes.

FULL PRIVATE OFFICE

Whether you’re working remotely or simply need a quiet place to catch up, the home includes a full private office with strong high-speed Wi-Fi.

The office also includes a twin bed, allowing it to serve as an additional sleeping room when needed. A fourth full bathroom is located on this level.

PRIVATE HOT TUB

After a day skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, or exploring Mammoth, there’s nothing better than relaxing in your own private hot tub.

Located just outside the primary suite in a protected covered area, the hot tub remains comfortable and accessible throughout the winter without requiring snow removal before use.

DOG FRIENDLY

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, subject to owner approval and execution of a pet addendum. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your dog.

As with most private homes in Mammoth during the winter, guests should expect to perform some light snow shoveling after storms, including clearing the upper deck and the area immediately in front of the garage after the driveway has been plowed. Snow shovels are provided.

A NOTE ABOUT THE HOME

This is our primary residence rather than a property furnished solely as a vacation rental. You’ll find it thoughtfully equipped for comfortable day-to-day living, with the conveniences, warmth, and character of a true home.

Some owner closets and storage areas will remain locked during your stay. Ample guest storage, including hanging space for clothing and room for personal belongings, will be provided.

This is our primary home and is best suited for guests seeking a quiet, extended stay in Mammoth. We are looking for renters who will enjoy and care for the home as if it were their own. Because this is our primary residence, we take great care in selecting guests who will appreciate and care for the home during their stay.
