Today, its garden apartment offers something increasingly difficult to find: a stay that feels authentically historic, genuinely luxurious and unmistakably Savannah.

Exposed brick surrounds the room while enormous original-style timber beams and a wood-plank ceiling create an atmosphere you simply cannot reproduce in new construction.
A historic fireplace anchors the space, while comfortable upholstered seating, curated artwork, warm lighting and polished brass details create an inviting place to settle in after exploring Savannah.
Curl up with a book, enjoy a glass of wine before dinner, or simply look around. Brick & Beam is a home where the architecture itself is part of the experience.
THE BEDROOM
The bedroom continues the home's sophisticated, collected aesthetic with a beautifully dressed bed, layered textiles, statement artwork and carefully chosen furnishings.
The mood is intentionally quieter here, creating a comfortable retreat from the energy of downtown Savannah.

The kitchen blends modern convenience with the home's historic character.
