One of the most iconic attractions in all of Southern California, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway takes guests on a breathtaking 10-minute rotating gondola ride up 8,500 feet to the top of Mount San Jacinto State Park. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is one of the most conveniently located airports in California, situated just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and approximately 5 to 10 minutes from the property. It services multiple major carriers and offers direct flights from many US cities. Ontario International Airport (ONT) is approximately 75 miles west, about 1 to 1.5 hours by car. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 110 miles from Palm Springs, roughly 2 to 2.5 hours depending on traffic on the 10 Freeway.



DRIVING IN PALM SPRINGS

Palm Springs is a compact and easy city to navigate by car. Palm Canyon Drive and Indian Canyon Drive are the two main north-south corridors through downtown. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the main roads. Interstate 10 connects Palm Springs to Los Angeles to the west and the greater Coachella Valley cities to the east. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a 5 to 20 minute drive.



RIDESHARE

Uber and Lyft are both active and reliable in Palm Springs. Given the city's compact layout and popularity as a tourist destination, rideshare pickup times are generally quick, especially downtown and near major attractions. This is a great option for evenings out on Palm Canyon Drive when parking can be limited.



PUBLIC TRANSIT
