Located in this exclusive area of South Palm Springs, and nestled in the lower canyons of the coveted Araby Commons this property exudes privacy as you drive through the gate onto the semi circular driveway . As you're entering the front door you walk through a path of lovely greenery, vines and beautiful flowers. An entertainer's oasis awaits as you enter the house...
This is the perfect retreat for relaxation or entertaining family and friends! This 3177 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. An oversized master suite includes a library seating area, dual-sized fireplace and spa bathroom. One bedroom is an en-suite, and two other bedrooms are nicely sized. Smart TVs are in the living room and each bedroom. The living area boasts a fireplace, foosball table, and glass sliding doors engaging the stunning mountain views.
Walk out to the breathtaking .45 acre rear grounds and gaze up to the iconic John Lautner Masterpiece (aka the Bob and Dolores Hope Home), the backyard holds a salt water pool with a sundeck, spa, outdoor shower and fire pit. It also includes a Bocce ball court, badminton/volleyball court, ping-pong table, and an outdoor gas BBQ grill with ample seating throughout.
Other amenities include: solar, an electric charging station in the car 3 garage, and LifeSource Water Filtration system.
Minutes to downtown Palm Springs, Indian Canyons, Palm Springs airport and all the desert has to offer.
The pool & spa can be heated for $125.00 per day. Spa heat ONLY is $75.00 per day.
Pets are welcomed, there is a $125.00 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, maximum of 2 pets.
In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit
