There is a second suite and one double room. The floor is complete with two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The apartment has 3 bathrooms, two full. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and iron. The living room of 60 m2 is large and bright, there is a gallery converted into a second living room reading. All rooms have a balcony outside, give plenty of light on the floor. All rooms are air-conditioned. The details of the rooms and the beds are quality. Towels and sheets included. The apartment is huge. It is a bit older but it is very clean and everything works. It’s a great place for families as there is lots of room. The location is great and walkable to pretty much everywhere. We would highly recommend this apartment and the Elena. Absolutely worth the money and a great value.

- location 10/10 - space 10/10 - bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. 10/10 - wifi: 7/10, need a code to login and connects/disconnects from routers depends on location, but works fine if you stay put - building: 7/10, it's an older building and older apt. small elevator, small details overall: 9/10, it's a great place, location is awesome, don't worry, just book it! enjoy

We all enjoyed this apartment with its old charm and new, modern features. There was room for the kids to hang out as well as the adults while being walkable to many attractions Barcelona offers. The tea drinker would have loved a teakettle!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed staying in this huge, well-kept property. The apartment is on the main drag in Barcelona and close to the metro, cafes and restaurants but it still felt like a neighborhood without being too commercial. It was clean and, like another review said, like a mansion. There were so many bedrooms and beds. We used the washer and dryer as well as the common space and kitchen. The a/c kept the apartment comfortable. And check-in was so easy- our flight arrived at 9 am and the host allowed us to put our bags in early. So nice of them. There was only one negative with the apartment which was the internet- very spotty and I'd spend hours trying to get and stay on. Other than that, it was lovely and perfect! thank you

The washer and dryer were not in working condition. The A/C in some of the rooms was not cold. The bath tubs were very slippery. The bathrooms were not comfortable. The lights were to dimmed.

Apartment was very large, clean, and communication with owner was great. My five year kept saying "this isn't an apartment, it's a mansion!" Would definitely stay again

Great Location, safe and plenty of rooms for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy. The only down side is this property would of been above perfect if it had pods for their coffee machine for our stay.

We were a family of ten in this house with several ages of adults and children. Everyone had their own space and plenty of wiggle room. Jordi was an exceptional host, explaining the ins and outs of the apartment and giving tips for us to manage the city. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, came with many amenities (like soap to wash your clothes), and in a highly walkable area. If you are a large family or are multiple families coming together, this is the spot for you! We highly recommend Jordi’s apartment!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was lovely. The art work in the home was spectacular. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars are because the bathrooms need upgrades. The door lock was difficult in the bathrooms and the shower handles would not stay up. And the neighbors were loud on 2 of the three nights with music and laughter, woke me at 5am with it one night. I had to just move to another room. Kitchen was upgraded as well. Lovely home overall

We can't say enough good words about this wonderful apartment and Jordi's very professional management. We had three generations (7 in total) staying for a week-long family vacation in Barcelona and the apartment worked out perfectly. The space was as advertised, and seemed bigger even than the pictures show. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the showers were great and the kitchen was fully functional. Each of the bedrooms can be closed off from the adjacent ones with heavy doors, so that each room feels like it is separate from the others and yet still accessible from the hallway. Our two mothers (each in their 70s) found the apartment to be very comfortable, and our sons (aged 15 to 21) were very happy with the sleeping arrangements as well. It was a joy to come back to a cool, quiet home after a long day of museums, sightseeing and shopping. The location is excellent -- you are close to everything (Old City, Eixample, the Beaches, Gracias, etc.), and there are several metro stops within a couple of blocks. There were more great restaurant choices in the nearby area than we could even consider, and the neighborhood has many small and larger grocery stores if you want to pick up snacks or make some of your own meals. It couldn't have worked out better. We felt like we were living like real Barcelona residents (rather than as tourists visiting from the insulated experience of a hotel). Thanks again to Jordi -- he was a pleasure to work with (and will be my go-to source for apartment rentals when we next head back to this wonderful city).

A stunning building of classic style ...... It reminded me of the building block in Quantum of Solace ..... Immaculately presented and furnished and spotlessly clean .... The bedrooms were spacious and every one has its own air con unit which, even in late September, was needed to take the edge of the humidity. You are just that little bit far enough out of the main drag to avoid disturbed sleep due to the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance for everything you need. Try "Beer & Tapas" bar, main road as you head towards the centre of town - Alex the bar man is just lovely and made our party of 12 feel most welcome. Food generally is very reasonably priced across the board. We are planning a return trip at some point as the area and the accommodation were just superb.

We were a group of 12 girls in a bachelorette long weekend and we were absolutely stunned with the place. The rooms are connected so we have a family sense and the house has so much space and is so comfortable that sometimes we didn’t even want to go out. Plus, Jordi and the doorkeeper were super super nice!!! Hopefully we will stay there again in the future!
