There’s not much to add except that when I’m in Montreal, I won’t stay anywhere else. Loved my room and parking was a breeze. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

The location was amazing.
The wasn't enough light in the room and we couldn't fully close the curtains. Also the gym equipment available was limited

Accessible
I’ve stayed at several Hilton properties before, but I would say our stay at Hilton Montreal was my least favorite experience so far.
The bathtub was extremely slippery, and my daughter slipped twice and almost hit her head on the wall. This felt unsafe, especially for families with children. The bathroom sink was also clogged, and there were noticeable hairs on the carpet, which made the room feel less clean than expected.
We also spent a little time in the pool, but it did not appear well maintained. There were sandy particles at the bottom, and it did not feel clean enough to fully enjoy. It seemed like it may not have been properly vacuumed before opening to guests.
We were very tired from our trip, so I did not bring these concerns to staff during our stay. However, based on this experience, we will likely consider other hotel options for our next visit to Montreal.
