The soundproofing was the highlight. It was very clean and didn't smell like bleach.
The lack of coffee alternatives options and the beds are a bit too hard. The toilet is weirdly at a place where when the door is open, it's inches away from the seat.

The location was great: By the river, lots of trees and flowers, beautiful terrasse. Convenient, walking distance from the city centre and close the concert venue we attended on Friday evening.

Front parking , touch with suitcases and did not know there way one in back
