The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided excellent service and information. The rooms are clean and the swimming pool is available until late.
There was a bit of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night but I am a light sleeper.

Parking not free. Most other hotels have free parking for guests.

The rooms are clean and location is good. Staff are also nice. The free shuttle from the airport is helpful, and their drivers are all very nice.
Internet was really slow and they are understaffed, so we had to wait for room service for a long time.

I didn’t have breakfast
I did have an evening meal which wasn’t very nice vegetarian looked moldy
Food and room smelt musty
Bar staff had no customer service skills
Only plus point was the reception staff were friendly and helpful
