Room was cool and comfortable. Great location to get to downtown Toronto and Pearson
Breakfast was cold and not refilled often enough during peak times. The photo of the pool, on this website, showed a whirlpool next to the pool and there is not one - super disappointing and misleading. One morning the elevator smelled like someone died in it and there was a pair of dirty socks left in it. Another guest threw the socks in the hallway so then it stank there too. Alerted a staff member about it and they said they'd pick them up later 😕. Dinner at the restaurant was fine but when I asked about ingredients in a dish, the server didn't know and did not offer to find out.

Service was great, was able to park a full size truck was a bonus, breakfast was great
Breakfast seating area was very crowded and tight, a/c unit in room was very loud and carpet in the room needs to go, bed was to soft we had sore backs after, still never got a receipt from Booking

The price compared to what I would have paid in or around the city. Front desk manager was very nice and helpful
The room was noisy - air conditioner was very loud, you could hear showers and flushing toilets from other rooms. Mattresses were noisy, rooms were clean but could use a little refresh. Complimentary in room water would have been nice. Our comforter smelled like dead mice (and I do.lnow that smell). Having said all that the hotel was comparative for the price
