Would not stay here again.

Very close to the airport. Comfortable beds.

We could hear every sound made by people walking and talking in the hallway. The sound reverberates. Not conducive to getting a decent sleep.

Unsafe- unclean. Rude staff. Do not stay- esp as a woman alone.

This hotel was nothing like stated. The staff were rude, and unhelp. The door to the room wouldn’t lock properly, the windows didn’t lock. I felt unsafe and immediately asked to leave. They refused a refund even when I complained right away and left and even through Booking.com. This hotel had boxes, garbage in lobby and also the counter is a rental car place. So confusing. I left and felt better and safer sleeping the night in Toronto airport instead. Still haven’t received a refund.

despite its shortcomings, the room was clean, price was right, and location can’t be beat

bed was comfy; good value, close to airport; free shuttle

despite there being a coffeemaker in the room, there was no coffee; hotel seems haphazard front desk is shared with car rental agency

The urine smell The attitude It was a rat hole dirty No blankets, told to go to the sheretan if we expected blankets! We were there 15 minutes and left, nasty!!!

Disappointing

It was close to airport

When you arrive and you can't get let into the building tell a driver shows up. The bed you couldn't move without is creeking so dam loud.

I dont recommand it at all

The receptionist in the early morning was a nice person and he apologized for what his colleague did and gave me a ride to the airport

Horrible hotel, the receptionist was crashing into my room at 23h00, i was sleeping and woke up scared, he was openning my door luckilyvi had the other lock from inside, when i opened he said he didnt know this room is occupied even though he was the only one there when i checked in and he gave me room keys .... very dirty hotel, couldnt sleep at all , i wont recommand it for any one. Price was supper high, i paid 200 Cad dollars, i could have booked hilton with same amount of money, what a shame

bad hotel they closed in the night when I am went out to paid pizza and they didn’t notice me a bout that and after that

she was back my 100$ today and she was didn’t knew how to use the atm machine and she took another 100$ after this she told me I returned your money in your bank account but I am still waiting my 200$ can you please help me

Miserable, but luckily the airport was nearby.

It is close to the airport.

The rooms are old, beat up, and aren’t cleaned particularly well. There was no one at the front best to check me out in the morning. The shuttle was also not running so I had to walk to the airport.

Hotel clean. Bathroom light didn’t work, couldn’t control the tv volume or get remote to work.

Location was fine. Shuttle was quick.

Despise off site parking. Took way too long to check in- park the car and be shuttles back.

The room was exceptionally clean and fresh I noticed as soon as I walked in and it got my attention. Thanks so much! I forget her name and only met her very briefly but the housekeeper was amazing in her dedication and personality! Thanks you made my stay so special!

Nothing maybe a little pricey but the shuttle service and front desk people were also very accommodating and helpful 😊

Didn't have any breakfast as I checked out at 5am.

The return of the deposit money has not been reimbursed as yet ,I have pointed this out to the hotel EVERY DAY since I checked out on the 30th of September,,, can you please explain WHY my deposit money has up to now,NOT returned to my bank?????

I walked out and booked another hotel. First time in 20 years of business travel.

Total disception. I want a full refund. Rude lazy staff totally misslead. I had to pay and travel to another hotel; I can provide all recipts. I want a full refund from Booking.com or I will never use your platform again. This Hotel and staff are the worst I will never stay with them ever again.

Booking.com should have had more information, I was deceived but what was proposed on your website. I was told for over an 1.5hrs the shuttle was on its way and received a email saying the room was ready. Showed up and was rudely told to wait for another 1 hour until 3pm. Noisy road

Very poor

Staff stayed up for my delayed flight and ran me to the airport in the morning which was really kind.

Room had not been cleaned properly. Walls were super thin. Table was really wobbly. Noisy from the car park

Superb

What staying the night before flying out again the following morning. Staff where wonderfull, let me check in very early at no cost which saved me sitting in a lobby for 3hrs after a 6hr flight. Very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle which makes it even better. There's fast food places within a 5min walk. Great spot to crash in-between flights and the cheapest I could find

Didn't have one

No restaurant. Wake up call didn't come. pick up at airport didn't come took taxi.. Lift not working when I left at 5.45 am, had to walk down stairs with my cases . Then car for the airport didn't come, said he had but didnt.I had to ring them three times from outside the hotel, as door into hotel locked, and no staff in duty.bed was clean and comfortable, only thing I could recommend.
