The room was big with a good covered balcony. Comfy beds. Easy walk to Monterey seafront.
It was very hot when we were there and the room was like a furnace. Very difficult to sleep, even with the fans

They were available for one night when we had a hard time finding a place to stay. They had decaf coffee
It was older, no air conditioner and traffic noise was pretty bad. There was no breakfast

Clean, affordable room close to town.
My old back wasn’t happy with the bed, but that’s a “me” problem, nothing wrong with the bed.

Great Location
Very old building, dingy and run down. Holes in the roof, Rooms very old, with no modern amenities, build up of numerous paint jobs. No snacks, no breakfast, no A/C, old, dusty wall gas heater.
