Fabulous location! A park across the street and Dufferin Terrace and the river view steps away. Walking distance to EVERYTHING
All the rooms in this property are different and some look nice. The room that I can speak to is the “Family Room” or number 3. A mix of thrift store furniture gives a cheap shabby look. The room has a musty smell and is dark with low ceilings - kind of claustrophobic. The walls look like they were primed but not painted. There are large wall bubbles in one corner where water and air have gotten under the paint. Entry door is chipping on the outside, floor radiators are rusty. All in all the room and outside entry area have been badly neglected. This is not s “boutique” hotel.
