Big room …well set up. Off the beaten path for being quiet ..2 minute walk to the beaten path

Location . Location location. It was near everything. Very close to Frontenac at half price. You can nearly not get that accessibility to everything with that price. Very happy with our stay. It’s only accessible through special e-codes at the door and in your bedroom, but it felt safe. The room was very clean and it had everything you needed for a great stay. It’s also easy to contact people via email or via phone call. Raven, Carla, Simon us with all our queries. And gave suggestions as to where to go. We had a great stay.
The ongoing construction around, but that is not the hotels fault.

Location: Great. Could walk to most every place we wanted to go in the walled part of Quebec City.
Room: Clean.
Young man cleaning room when we arrived. Fantastically helpful.
1. A note about how to use the heaters in the rooms would be helpful. 2. Some instructions about how to get out of the building if there was a fire or emergency (Seemed as though the only way out was the staircase). 3. Upgraded electrical outlets and lamps. 4. More working windows--see 2 above. 5. A list of emergency contacts: Police, Fire, Doc-in-a-box, and trusted cabs, etc. 6. A potential extra $30 charge to leave our minimal luggage in the closet of the room, for two hours after the 11 AM move out time. We will see how that pans out.
