You could not ask for a better location. Very close to all the commercial sector of Old Quebec, walkway along the St Lawrence and a stunning view. It was great. The staff had a personality.

Location! We were able to walk to all key locations. The views were amazing. The kitchenette was spacious and convenient. The funicular make going from the waterfront to the hotel much easier than walking up the steps. Shower/tub had great hot water. In/out parking (outdoor) available for a nightly charge. Food in Quebec was delicious.
Hotel needs repairs as shown in the photos. One night was extremely windy and cold wind penetrated the windows into the room. There was mold in the bottom tray under the freezer in the refrigerator. The bedroom was very small. There was an air conditioning unit in front of the window which blocked the chair to the desk. The space between the foot of the bed and wall is tight. It was clearly stated that there is not an elevator. I would recommend a room on the lower floors. For the elderly walking up many stairs can be taxing. Towels were dingy and thin. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the bottom sheet moved and had to be straightened out during the night.
