We enjoyed the location and friendly staff but a lot of money for a cramped room for 3 people and little amenities

Very good

Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Great location. Beautiful design. I loved the outdoor area although couldn't use the pool because the water was way too hot, which was disappointing! (August) I was allowed late check-out which was a nice gesture. The bathroom products provided where great. I loved the AC chill-out TV room for working and the Pool bar ( no food or drinks) to sit at.

If you stay at the weekend, be aware that the near-by W Hotel has such loud pool parties until 4.30pm that you can dance to the music too... Staff were accommodating ( I cycled there), but smiles would go a long way, too. ;-)

Pleasant stay. Good value.

Nice grounds and good location. Room was clean.

They place the bath towels on top of the toilet tank. I find that a bit gross. Also, the shower water control was in need of some attention. Very difficult to find the hot water.

Location only positive factor

Fantastic location - that’s all you’re paying for. 2 minute walk to beach and beach chairs and umbrellas provided which was a nice touch.

Floors not clean, especially for crawling baby, asked to be cleaned again and weren’t. Room only cleaned every 3 days and we only stayed 3 days, fresh towels upon request. Staff extremely dismissive. Beds uncomfortable. Shower in bath.

A lovely place that we will visit again!

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant and eager to help any way they could.

Wish there had been someplace to sit in our room besides the bed. However, there was so much nice seating outside, we spent our time there.

Great location minutes from beach and many restaurants. Cute & comfy boutique hotel.

Best location, less than 5 min walk to beach and 10 minutes or less walk to many restaurants. Staff was great. Very helpful for my extra early arrival. Able to relax in lounge & store luggage. Helped us print our cruise luggage tags. Always friendly.

Front room had view of parking lot. Everything else about room, hotel & staff was great.

location and cleanliness

We went to leave our luggage at 9 am on Jan 3 because check in is not until 4. Girl at front desk not friendly at all. Made us feel like an inconvenience. I was upset because all of the hotels we have stayed at after a cruise let us do early check in (not this one). We walked around for seven hours waiting to check in. The second girl that was there at 3:30 pm was very pleasant and friendly. The location is great, but absolutely no amenities for a high price.

Lacked independence due to no wifi in room. Stopped my self-isolating ability.

The location is great as only about 45 seconds to the beach. The greeting at the reception was friendly and all the staff were very friendly throughout.

When arriving, I was told my room was small. It certainly was and probably over-priced as a result. I had no wifi at all in my room and despite complaining to two different staff nothing at all was done. I think it was because my room was out of range - in a small hotel that is pretty unforgiveable. As I was supposed to be self-isolating due to a positive covid test, it meant I had to spend a lot of time in a public space which made me very uncomfortable.

The bed and the room good pillows and good sleep and quiet and the pool was awesome as well.
