Malisima atención! No vuelvo más

Las camas.

La mala atención al.llegar.No hablan un mínimo de español.Mala cara.Lugar oscuro.No es tan cerca del aeropuerto que era nuestro objetivo.No prepararon nada en el desayuno siendo s que estaba incluído pero teníamos vuelo temprano y lo pedimos como excepción.No permiten pago en efectivo y lo aclaramos por mensaje.

Horrible.

The property is dirty. There are roaches all over the place. The pillows looked used and dirty and the couches were disgusting.

Where is my deposit

The cleanliness and color changes as part of the ongoing remodel. Breakfast was good.

It's been exactly one week since my stay. Room was left in perfect condition as it was handed to me. I still have not received my security deposit of $75. And the charge is no longer pending. I hope I'm not experiencing a hotel theft scam.

Katastrophe so agressiv

Gar nichts. Katastrophe

Haben 1 std. Nach dem einchecken aufs zimmer gewartet. 15.40 immer noch kein zimmer. Auf nachfrage hat uns keth ast manager nur angeschrien und war sehr agressiv. Hat die res storniert und uns rausgeworfen. Der preis sei zu niedrig über booking com. Wir sind 70 j. Alt und mussten gegen abend eine neue unterkunft suchen.

Extremely disappointed in La Quinta .will never stay there again.

Front desk staff were wonderful

Blood stains and cigarette burns on mattress.no mattress cover.ripped pillow.ripped shower curtain.and one wash cloth and towel per room because the housekeeper stated they don't have enough.two of us shared one wash clothes!!!!

Stay away from this place!

Nothing!!

This was the worst hotel I've been in my life!. Dirty, sticky, smelly, terrible in all possible ways! The bed sheets were old, torn out and with holes. They also had questionable stains that made me really unconfortable. The carpet was a colllection of all types, sizes, colors of stains. The bathroom was so dirty, the sink countertop filled with marks of toothpaste and toothbrushes, the tub had also many stains. When I arrived there were 3 construction workers all dirty getting a room, it seems this is a place for this kind of workers to stay. So imagine how the rooms and the bathrooms will be. The corridors smelled like weed all day long. This room is not worth 20 bucks a night, almost for junkies or people like that.

Ubication. The room is cheap but it has fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Special mention for the manager Janae Martinez who took care of me and my double charge/payment. Thanks Janae :)

Good cheap place to stay for a couple of nights

Easy quick check in the woman at the front desk allowed me to check in early and was very friendly and they have a hot tub on the property

When I checked out of my room my card was charged 6 times for the full amount of the room thank goodness I had my card locked or I’d be out of 800 dollars

Breakfast was unremarkable, housekeeping had to be requested, none of the vending machines worked.

The carpet in the room is very old, as are the beds and sheets. I think a deep cleaning in the bathroom is important

overall the building needs updating. location was perfect.

the pool was 7 feet deep which was nice because usually it’s only 5 feet deep. the staff were so helpful and nice.

the rooms were old and need to be updated. the ac hardly worked. I was moved from 3 different rooms. the first room had no AC. the second room was dirty and had not been serviced. the third room they sent me to was actually already occupied. so I slept in the dirty room the first night. to make up for it they gave me first night free and put me in clean room next to the swimming pool the next morning
