This a well-managed hotel from reception, to room cleanliness to the hotel restaurant. Clearly there was attention to details.
The room was well furnished, and decor bright and cheerful. There was even a table plus a desk with three chairs. We appreciated that. The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows.
The bed was a bit high. Getting on it required a bit of effort. The carpet in the hallway appeared soiled, but I must hastily add that is the way in this far north country. Mud is everywhere, believe you me!
The registration was a bit more tedious like checking ID on all guests and taking photocopies of them! That may be standard procedure in some countries, but rather rare in Canada.

Very close to the airport. Staff extremely friendly. Everything in the room is very modern and the details are well thought of.
Bed mattress extremely soft - I sank in when sleeping on it. The frame felt like a pull out bed and creaked metallically on every movement.

I liked the location. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were good
I didn’t like the $300 CAD damage deposit on top of paying over $200 I already paid for the room. I understand that it will be returned but to pay above the cost of the room for a damage deposit is insane. Also, I had a water bug in my shower which I understand is not something they can control, but that was not what I wanted to see in my shower.
