The front desk lady on staff the first evening was spectacular

The location was perfect, easy access to the various events I was attending. The neighborhood is safe and the accommodations were perfect. There was a slight stench in the air due to carpeting in the hallways, the facility allows pets so I believe that may have contributed to the aroma in the hallway.

It’s downtown.
No fan in the bathroom. The window blinds were broke. The tub didn’t look clean.
