nothing fancy. just a place to drop your stuff and explore the town

you get what you pay for. no bells or whistles. just your basic accommodation.

Great location, needs lots of updating.

Anything in Osoyoos that is close to lake is great so location was great.

Little effort has been put into updating this motel and beds, are uncomfortable and inside areas need lots of updating.

Horrible Place

TThere was nothing about this hotel other than you had the water right there. Everything else there was terrible. Save your money and spend a bit more and stay anywhere but this place. Staff is not friendly

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at the staff was rude rooms werent cleaned right and the bed was the worst thing I have ever slept in. There was no ammenties close by and the facility was not nice and the staff would rather yell at you than discuss anything. Horrible Place pay the extra and dont stay there

before coming here I read reviews, very many saying negative things about the room etc.. I was VERY presently surprised! the rooms were a bit outdated but can’t complain. great location, right by the beach, ac works, all around very good place to stay, will be coming again!

Would not stay here again

Propery was run down, in bad repair. Our door lock wasn't working, the pool and hot tub advertised on the day of booking starting available were both out of order

Disappointing

Good location, right on the strip and on the beach

Decor needs serious updating. Walls are thin and floors are squeaky. Bed was hard. No blow dryer in room ( or at front desk).

Not as advertised. Both pools were closed and the hot tub had been drained. Very dated. Kitchen essentials very sparse.

The location was amazing ! Two steps to the lake .

It was a great family vacation and we already booked our room for next year.

You can't beat the price and the location. The motel was clean and the beach was great.

It would have been nice if the kitchenette was more stocked with proper utensils and a coffee pot and toaster. I knew what to expect so I brought my own coffee pot. Other than that, no complaints.

Spanish Fiesta weekend visit

It’s location is right on the beach so you can’t go wrong.

Everything else about it sucked. We had 2 beds both not comfortable. Fridge was just barely cold. Old and tired with not much room. Shower head was very low. Only thing new about the room was the entrance door and you could shut the drapes when you left to stop anyone from looking in. Front desk worker was not friendly and price was not commensurate to what you received.

Terrible resort. I am not recommend it.

The parking and wi-fi. I think the only things good there.

The room there are two bed, but one of bedroom there wasn't air conditioner. When we arrived there, the air conditioner and fridge were turn off and it was too hot. Just during the night the room was a little fresh. The room there wasn't microwave and the receptionist was not friendly. The beds are not comfortable and the shower wasn't working property. Terrible resort!!!

wouldn't stay here again or recomend

the location was good-beach access decent

wasp nest under steps leading to beach-no effort to correct; dirty dishes in cupboard; no coffee maker; plug in bathroom didn't work; no Kleenex dispenser in bathroom; fridge was not clean; a/c was very loud; overall run down condition of exterior; attitude of owner was not great-wasn't happy we didn't book direct there for he saved better rooms for those that did. (His direct comment as I booked in)

Having a kettle, or microwave in the room would be great to make morning coffee before leaving the room to find coffee.
