The hotel is located in financial district - safe area and convenient surroundings. The style and design of the hotel is unique and filled with many details. The breakfast has variety of options, even with fresh berries and fruit in the morning. Additionally, the facilities in the room - iron, ironing board, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, even make up removing wipes prepared for the guests. Water bottles available for every guest 24/7, as well as coffee and tea options in the room, as well as downstairs in the lobby. Camilla was very welcoming and kind at the reception.
I would suggest to pay more attention towards tidiness - changing the sheets if the guest stays more than 2-3 days. This was done only after my request. Additionally, the room facilities (like shampoo and hand soap) were added/filled only upon my request, this should be done during every cleaning. The floors and carpet could also be cleaned during the cleaning. I highly suggest the breakfast tablecloths to be cleaned and ironed, otherwise they look unappealing.

Location of the hotel was perfect.
Staff were very friendly

Room was very small, a small window looking onto an internal corridor.
Very small bathroom and shower, shower was not very powerful connecting taps were broken so very difficult to adjust water temperature.
Bathroom door did not close properly and also squeaked this was very annoying.
Room supplied a filtered coffee machine, unfortunately nowhere to plug it in safely, not enough sockets.
