The room was spotlessly clean, and well appointed with every facility; extremely helpful and friendly staff; tea/coffee available throughout the day and delicious pastries for breakfast; excellent central location; can't wait for my next visit.

Garage parking at a reduced rate right across the street, Keurig coffee with pastries in the morning in the lobby. 24-7 front desk. Location.
No screen on the window.

I loved the vintage charm of this hotel and my spacious thigh-ceiling room. No screen on the window, but I liked the window could open for fresh air. Nice to have free coffee and pastry in the morning. Good location near the top of Powell street
The elevator was broken for most of one day. Fixed before I checked out.
