Close to the beach and many attractions, very calm neighborhood yet close enough to nightlife for a good time. Cute hotel
The bathrooms were a bit old, and the facilities could get a little fixer upper, but it’s still overall nice.

The Balfour amazing I was stunned when I walked in the decor to the hotel was stunning the rooms were extremely clean and you could tell they have updated their rooms. They were small and cozy.
Well, we had a few hiccups or one major hiccup the first room that we had the AC unit wasn’t working correctly. They did move us to a second room, which was a lot bigger and had an amazing charm to it. We were in that room for less than an hour that AC unit wasn’t working either got moved to a third room identical to the second very stunning great view. AC was finally working.
