Starbucks right next door; bed was super comfortable and huge nightstands in the King suite for electronics and all chargers.
Absolutely didn't like the bathroom in our king suite. The shower water pressure was great but the toilet sits super low and the sink area is so tiny, I couldn't even extend my elbows to do my hair without them hitting the walls on both sides of me.

The location but most definitely the staff specifically Nicolas he was just awesome to our demands or accommodations we needed.
Requested housekeeping on my room and it did not get it at all.

Front desk staff so rude, did not make you feel welcome at all, the super tiny bathroom was a hige disappointment since I upgraded our room and the toilet ran
, breakfast service was slow for not being busy and also rude, reservation.said breakfast for 2 included but it was not fully I owed each day and Sunday it was closed, resort fee daily for nothing extra it is not a resort at all, lack of communication on what is offered and included I had to ask to get any information, staff really pressured and made you uncomfortable about tipping all the time, no.view at all, not a smart TV (guide didn't even work)
