The location is top notch - right in the Union Square, accessible to the city center and to the public transportation.
The staff is friendly. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water.
The room is clean and the bed comfortable.
The room is pretty small; it wasn’t a problem for us, but you should not expect something very big or full of amenities.

It’s close to the BART train station
First, they told me they overbooked and just told us that they cannot find our reservation through the thirs party (Booking). Second, we booked the queen bed but was given twin beds instead (again because they overbooked). The least they could do was to give us a complimentary upgrade since it’s not our fault that they overbooked. Third, every night/early in the morning, we always hear knocking on the wall. SO WE CANNOT SLEEP PROPERLY! Lastly, they do not store luggage when checking out.
P.S. The room has no aircondition. That should be emphasized every booking.
