Riverrock is convenient for us, clean and comfortable.

We did not book directly with the hotel.
Staff was friendly, room was fine.
We asked for a river view but we're told we couldn't have that since we used a 3rd party.
We asked if we could pay the difference for the upgrade but we're told that wasn't possible even though there were rooms available.

Location and staff
Little bit ‘tired’…. left charge cord behind - and it is a $40 cost to send (that seems whacky)

The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
The bathroom tap was barely a dribble and I could not get hot water.
