Nice location. Right outside the dragon gate in Chinatown. Easy walk to the financial district, soma, or north beach. The room was great. I slept like a rock.

This hotel was great! My parents and I really enjoyed our room - super comfy beds, enough space to fit 3 people in a room, a big bathroom, great location - we absolutely loved our stay there. The staff was friendly too!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to union square and China town with close connection to public transport.
Shower didn't have a door, so lots of water was coming out on the floor when showering. Room service is done only by request, so you have to ask everyday.
