The Room wasn’t that bad

Close to a lot of shopping and some attractions. Customer Service was good.

The food wasn’t terrible but don’t expect a 4/5 star breakfast. There was a little smell but nothing a little spray wouldn’t help

Es un hotel con algunos años, pero está bien mantenido, aunque se ve que sería necesario acometer algunas reformas. Está bien para pasar una noche o dos y visitar Savannah. Situado cerca de un centro comercial por si es necesario realizar alguna compra.

I carry my own mug and glass. I would recommend this hotel while noting my disactisfaction.

Staff was excellent. See other responses above. I like the interior design. It is not a 1st cl hotel, but I definitely got what I paid for.

See response above. My room walks out to the pool. Unfortunately, the doors are permanently painted closed. That is a major disappointment. There are no ceramic coffee cups or glasses drinking glasses.

Wont be back

The beds were comfy/

Front desk staff was not friendly and actually annoyed. The hotel shows it years and is very dated inside. The breakfast buffet was awful - had to ask for it to be restocked an hour after it began!

Never again stay there—— I’m working in Savannah for 2 months and will go elsewhere

The price of the room was ok

The bed bugs were terrible—- the dark colors of lobby and rooms— very depressing

It was awful. Thankfully we were only in the room for 5 hours no longer.

Outside was decent and clean

The whole room was filled with mold tub dirty sheets stunk half lights didn’t work.

NICE HOTEL FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS

The staff was so nice and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. The room is nice and quiet. We had enough towels and space for everything. I like the tv remote control wit big numbers. The breakfast has different options and it was OK.

The shower curtains were broken. The elevator smelled terrible. In the pool area, there were adults drinking and smoking. The scrambled eggs had no taste.

Easy check in process and larger rooms.

Rooms seemed cheaply updated and small things that showed signs of neglect like loose light switch wall plates. Mold on cabinet seems like an active health hazard. Stayed in many cheaper hotels but that seems unsafe for human occupancy.

Superb

The remodel of.the lobby is great. I was happy to finally see a clean trash can at the elevator.

The sofa's in the room need a good cleaning or replacement. I've been staying at this hotel for I know 9yrs. Needs a refreshing kook.

Disappointing. I would've left and went elsewhere if I thought I'd have gotten a refund.

Room was dingy, not in good repair. One TV didn't work. It was humid in the room despite the AC running a lot.

Not worth the price they charge.

The rooms were larger than we were expecting.

The room was dirty, a lot of dust and dirt around the baseboards throughout the room. They need to clean closer to the walls. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk when I checked out, they didn't seem to care much. I would not stay there again for the expensive price we paid.

Exceptional

This property was the perfect location for shopping and restaurants. It was clean and the rooms was a great size.We could have walked to everything. Andrew was the best, he greeted us with a smile and gave us information on activities in Savannah. When we checked out he thanked us, which meant a lot to our crew. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was large, clean, And had a nice atmosphere

The break frest. The eggs tasted like they it was cooked in the microwave, sausage didn't taste fresh or good. Fruit was no existent. Good thing it was free.

Curtains wouldn't shut all the way so street light came into the room. Furniture seemed pretty dated but was functional.

Worth the stay

Great location, decent room, good prices & friendly staff

The bed was not very comfortable, especially for someone with back problems & the cleaning staff would slam the stairwell doors at 5 a.m., startling us awake & would continue this well into the morning.
