Our main reason for booking was the Pet friendly option, which this Inn provides, also the location. It is in a very quiet area but clos enough to all the main attractions. No breakfast is included.
The room heater was not working and we did not pack warm clothing to sleep at night. Not the place fault. We did not check the weather before arriving.

I had a kitchenette,in which I always get and the kitchen was clean.
That it had a strong odor of a dog, I had to use air freshners. And the sheets and pillow cases were not clean.

Good location, nice bed
Notified the front desk at check in that the toilet was running , was told someone would take a look. 3 days later still running , no communication re: issue . No Kleenex in room, ice bucket but no glasses , no extra towels for hot tub , only 2 lounges at hot tub , big crack in sink, wall heater put out little heat had to use space heater.
