The location was amazing. The building looked beautiful from the outside.
The inside of the building was very cluttered. The trees and the plants in the pool area needed to be maintained more. Our room needed some repairs. Some of the walls had small wholes that needed patching and paint. The view from two of our windows was basically trash and storage

breakfast was fine, We enjoyed the afternoon complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres. the pool and spa were nice. Location was excellent to the beach and wharf, with many restaurants in walking distance.

Absolutely incredible location right in the heart of Santa Barbara, just steps from the beaches.
Beautiful historic Mexican-style design and nice pool area.
The front desk lady was wonderful and accommodated my knee issue by providing a ground-floor room.
Generally clean property overall.
A group of youths shouted and sang outside our door until early morning, and staff did nothing to stop it.
Housekeeping missed a thick layer of dust on the chest of drawers that stuck to my toiletries box.
The included breakfast is very minimal (just Quaker oatmeal, cookies, and self-made waffles).
