Located 1/2 block from the beach. 1/4 mile from exceptional dining and shopping. Quiet and very clean facility. Great breakfast choices and coffee. Staff was pleasant.

I have stayed there multiple times when I come visit Santa Barbara! I love the location, it’s close to everything!

A cozy stay just minutes from the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. Easy driving access. A very nice little continental breakfast. Sizable rooms.
Autos parked directly in front of rooms. Convenient, but also annoying when drivers leave headlights on to shine in rooms at night.

It is very close to the beach, with easy access to Santa Barbara town. The staff was very helpful and responsive to requests (for additional towels, for example). The small rooms are very well designed and in excellent condition.
This is a MOTEL, not a hotel! My fault that I didn't realize this, as Booking.com advertises it as a hotel, although the property is quite clear that it is a motel and not a hotel. This was surprising, especially at the very high price.
