Clean, spacious, attractively appointed, great parking with battery charge option, quiet, thoughtful and attentive staff who responded promptly to our issues, concerns, and questions! amenities were appreciated and made our stay feel special.

Loved the room. It was clean and modern.
Loud upper floor guests. No consideration. Walking loudly, kid jumping, moving furniture. Woke us up at 5am stomping around.

I love the location of the property. The property was incredibly clean. The room itself was very spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed. They offered very nice room amenities with filtered water from the mini kitchen/wet bar as well as Nescafé coffee machine, plenty of coffee pods with sweetener and creamer. The kitchen was perfectly/minimally stocked for two with very nice kitchenware. They had good towels, a room, safe and plenty of storage for my belongings. I also really appreciate it that they had clean faux wood floors, and not smelly, dirty carpet as most hotels have. Amazingly so, they had a Toto bidet cleaning toilet, which was fabulous as I have these toilets at my own home, I greatly appreciate it having this luxury toilet while away from home. They had a very spacious and clean parking lot directly next-door to the property with a lot of car chargers, which I appreciated as I drive an electric car. I had seen on some of the pre-arrival correspondence that I needed to download the Tesla app prior to my arrival so I did from home which made charging incredibly easy while at the property. Those of you that have electric vehicles know how difficult charging can be when away from home and at Casa Iglesia, it was pain-free and super efficient. And I really appreciated the text communication, not needing a key, being able to use my phone and having assistance literally a text away. At one point I had a couple of questions and I would simply text them and they got right back to me. I never felt stranded or alone and that’s another thing, I was a woman traveling by myself and I felt very safe. The hotel room door was solid wood, super heavy and substantial with a substantial deadbolt lock and extra chain lock for added security. I had a great stay, I would 100% return and stay at this property again. Actually, I understand that they have several other properties which I would like to also look into when in Santa Barbara visiting my daughter at UCSB.
I like everything about the property.
Literally, the only thing that wasn’t perfect were the indoor plants in the walkways, those plants could’ve used some love but otherwise, the property deserved a score of 10 out of 10/perfect. This property substantially exceeded my expectations.
