Everything was so nice about the building, staff was so friendly!
Not much complaints, besides I was new in that area and I didn’t find the place at first. Besides that I wish I could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed the staff's attentiveness, the cleanliness of the room and the multiple charging outlets in the room.
I wished the restaurant was open past 5pm. I didn't want to venture out and I just wanted a glass of wine.

Staff on arrival were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room had great soundproofing, and hotel was in a brilliant location. We were staying for the Chicago Marathon, and the hotel very kindly put out fruit and water for everyone on race day.
Staff on departure were less helpful.

The property is in a good location, the rooms were large and clean. The hotel is just pretty old. The ceilings are low, it’s dark, the colors are brown, and it just comes across as needing an update. Staff was great very friendly.
The property is super close to the highway so you have highway noise, sirens, all day and night. It lightens up in the night but always there. The hotel is dark and comes across as outdated. The hotel gym was small, dark with low ceilings and not a place I wanted to spend time in. I went outside for a walk instead.
