I booked several suites for a large group of friends traveling together, including three Junior Two-Bedroom Suites and one Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite. It was a much better option than any Airbnb I could have booked: nearly everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, while we still had plenty of shared space to enjoy together. The suites have an apartment-style layout with a kitchenette and living area, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite was especially stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large kitchen island, a spacious living room, and a dining table. It became the perfect gathering place for our group, and I’m so glad I upgraded. The staff also made the upgrade process incredibly smooth and easy. The amenities were just as impressive. The pool area was beautiful, there were plenty of comfortable lounge spaces, and the Cloud Lounge was a great bonus. For the price, the entire property felt like an excellent value. The location is also ideal, with many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. On-site parking was available but fairly expensive - fortunately, there were plenty of more affordable SpotHero options nearby. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago, especially larger groups who want the convenience of staying together while still having plenty of personal space.
Prior to checking in, I had some questions via e-mail and communication with the hotel was occasionally a little slow, but it didn’t detract from our experience at all. All of my questions were answered, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Almost good. Kinda of antiseptic. Not nice enough to be a great hotel and not homey enough to be an apartment.

The room was clean and well organized
The man working the front desk was awful. He was annoyed that we asked to leave our bags (2 hours before checkin) with the front desk. Then he would literally ignore us when we asked basic questions. Our friends checked in after us and also had a terrible time checking in with this guy.
