Location was excellent to base in Monterey. Free parking was amazing. Front desk staff were great when we asked to change rooms as the one we were originally in had quite a bit of road noise. Since we were staying 5 nights we appreciated the accommodation!! Breakfast was standard and got us off to great start in the am. Overall wonderful š

Breakfast is good. I like that there is self service coffee fresh brewed. The beds were comfortable. Clean bathroom. The location is perfect for walking distance to local shops and ocean views.
The two small windows only offered a view to a roof. Noise from upper floor activity and doors shutting hard. Heard alarm going off several times in adjacent room in the middle of the night. Walls could use acoustic upgrade.

The staff was nice
Sofa bed was missing springs and extremely squeaky. Bathroom door was squeaky and would get stuck. Beds were very hard. Neighbors above us were constantly stomping g around and screaming. Neighbor down the hall from us was leaving dirty diapers outside their door
