The room was decent, people at counter nice. Location a plus.
Booking.com we will NOT be using your site again. The check in will keep us from coming back, I didn't feel comfortable at all with the process. People at counter was nice but if I had known this place does virtual check in, I would not had booked it. With cyber issues as they are, sending a pic of myself was not comfortable. I come from the industry, save the assurances.
